You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your profile and posting jobs, and to keep it updated.

Job seekers may create a profile, browse and apply to open vacancies, and message verified employers directly. To protect your privacy, your full profile is visible only to logged-in employers. You agree not to include false or misleading information in your profile or applications.

Employers may post vacancies for free. All new job posts are reviewed by our team and require admin approval before appearing publicly. You agree that job postings are accurate, that you have authority to hire for the role, and that you will not include phone numbers in job descriptions (use the application contact field instead). Applications you receive are shared for recruitment purposes only.

You agree not to use Hotel Jobs In to post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing content; to harass or spam other users; to collect others' data without consent; or to interfere with the platform's operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant Chef Hospitality Advisory a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Job postings and profiles are moderated, and we reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove content.

Hotel Jobs In is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee that jobs will be filled, applications will be successful, or candidates will be hired. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

Hotel Jobs In is free for job seekers and employers. We may introduce paid features in the future, which will be governed by separate terms. We will never charge placement fees or commissions to job seekers.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal data in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef Hospitality Advisory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from the conduct of other users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
